Almost to Santiago. Last night we were so tired, the rucksacks were left in a corner of the restaurant as it was too exhausting to even think about showering and changing before food and drink.
But this morning broke as an another glorious day of walking and soon the trail was on gentle paths through the woods.
Lunch was at a very cool rock bar with Karin and Thomas.
But the best thing about today was the smell of the eucalyptus woods. Blue sky, shade and the scent made for a magical walk.
Karen and Thomas planned to stay in O Pedrouzo and still make it for mid-day mass tomorrow. Heather and I pushed on to the village of Lavacolla, past the airport, to give a bit more time in the morning.
