Day 31 Valparaíso to Entrepenas

After yesterday's shenanigans with food, I reckoned that it would-be sensible to make sure one set off with a good breakfast. So got a taxi back to Rionegro del Puente and straight to the cafe which had been closed yesterday. Still closed. This Camino clearly thinks I need to lose weight.

Today was walking due West. There were a couple of nice villages but the highlight of the walk was meeting a band of the most adorable puppies who were living a drain. They came out full of curiosity and friendliness. They actually seemed to be in good health despite their living conditions.

Having walked through so many rather run-down villages on the VdlP, there was a rather nice surprise after the town of Mombuey. The village of Cernadilla had obviously found gold somewhere - it was just a lot smarter than your average VdlP village. Lots of well-maintained houses, a smart square and many houses with roses growing around the door. A highly recommended square in which to sit, have a rest, and enjoy the sun.

Arrived in Entrepenas, a village with allegedly accommodation. But not on this occasion, So rather than much about, called a taxi to go to Puebla De Sanabria, with a plan to come back out to Entrepenas the following morning and complete this last stage of the VdlP.
